I'm thrilled to be joining the Service Stars team as the Assistant Director of Programs & Education. I bring 10 years of head teaching experience across elementary grades, having taught in Boston, New York City, and most recently New Haven, CT. I'm especially passionate about social-emotional learning, community service, and helping children grow into kind, confident learners. I grew up in Newton and am a proud alumna of Newton North High School. I earned my B.A. in Theater and Religion from Muhlenberg College, as well as two master's degrees in education from Simmons University -- one in General Education and another in Moderate Special Needs with a concentration in Autism Studies. I'm excited to bring my love of learning, creativity, and community to Service Stars!
