I’m the other Andy that works for Service Stars in the summer. It has been great watching Service Stars grow from a small 2 week camp to what it is today! I am a Newton Public School lifer - I went to Newton public schools, I teach 6th grade social studies at Day Middle School, and my two daughters are in Newton Public schools. Working for Service Stars is always a great experience and even more so now that my daughters have joined us. I love seeing them engage in the work, learn about ways they can help, and bring up issues they learned at Service Stars at home.
